As a key player in our financial operations, the Assistant Finance Manager will be instrumental in managing cash flow and overseeing financial transactions within and outside the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash inflows and oversee financial dealings
  • Create an annual financial plan based on organizational objectives and production targets
  • Assist the finance manager with financial requests and purchase orders
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure timely reporting of fiscal gains/losses
  • Interact with financial staff and maintain audit spreadsheets
  • Oversee payroll activities and provide solutions for risk management
  • Develop strategic business plans and allocate funds for new products and services
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a listed company (Manufacturing Industry)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Significant computer knowledge and expertise in MS Excel and database administration
  • In-depth understanding of accounting and finance
  • Awareness of data security acts and financial regulations
  • Calm and professional demeanor to work under pressure
  • Strategic approach to deal with external competitors
