We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with expertise in planning, targeting, and motivating teams to achieve high levels of performance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
- Mentor and develop sales talent, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Education: MBA with Major Subject Marketing and Sales
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, including team leadership, sales strategy development, and performance analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
