Job Description:

  • This is a full-time position that requires 3-5 years of experience in an office environment with expertise in management, administration, and finance.
  • Prior experience in design offices will be given preference.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Computer Hardware, Networking, and Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publish, etc.
  • Knowledge of Internet and graphic design software including Coral Draw, Photoshop, Web Publishing, etc. will be given preference.
