Sales Management Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Management Professional to lead our sales activities and develop effective sales strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating agreements.
  • Achieving sales targets within the assigned area by developing and implementing sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve sales metrics.

Client Relationship Development: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate agreements.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Tactical Execution: Execute sales plans, manage sales teams, and provide coaching and feedback.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Skills: Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, Sales Forecasting, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field, preferably in the agriculture industry.
