
Service Delivery Manager Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of customer services across multiple channels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer relationships, resolving complex issues, and analyzing data to inform customer-facing decisions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and escalating concerns as necessary.
- Analyze data to inform customer-facing decisions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
