Job Summary:
Filing and reporting taxes is a crucial aspect of our organization's financial operations. As a US Tax Manager, you will oversee the preparation and timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns. Your role will also involve ensuring all tax liabilities are accurately reported and paid.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize our tax position.
  • Provide guidance on tax implications for business decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with tax policies and identify areas of risk.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, including the IRS and state tax authorities, and oversee responses to tax audits and inquiries.
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Semi Qualified CA, ACCA Pursuing, Qualified CA, Qualified ACCA, EA Pursuing, Qualified EA, US CMA Pursuing, Qualified US CMA, CPA Pursuing, Qualified CPA, Master's
  • 10+ years of experience in tax management
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
