Food Science Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in both field and laboratory settings, including raw material collection, chemical analyses, preparing project reports, writing new proposals, and manuscript writing.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting physicochemical analyses of raw materials
- Preparing project reports and proposals
- Writing manuscripts for publication
- Working in field and laboratory settings
- M.Sc. (Hons.)/MS or equivalent in Food Science or relevant field
- Good working experience related to physicochemical analyses and report writing
- Candidate with B.Sc. (Hons.)/BS or equivalent in Food Science or relevant field may also apply
- Honorarium: Rs. 24000/- per month
- Contract duration: 1 year
The project is purely on a temporary basis, and the incumbent will be required to sign a bond for the entire duration of the project. Applications should include a one-page CV and reach the office of the Principal Investigator by September 8, 2023.
Project Details:The project has a remaining duration of 24 months. Interested candidates should submit their applications according to the specified requirements.
