Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Product Leader to drive the development and optimization of our e-commerce website and survey-driven personalization tools. This role will focus on enhancing the customer journey, increasing engagement, and driving revenue growth through a seamless data-driven digital experience.

You will work at the intersection of UX, data analytics, AI/ML, and e-commerce strategy, ensuring our website and personalization tools continually evolve to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & E-Commerce Optimization:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for our e-commerce website, ensuring a best-in-class shopping and styling experience.
  • Improve site performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Optimize the website's checkout process, navigation, and product discovery through continuous experimentation (A/B testing, heatmaps, and user analytics).
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement new website features and enhancements.
  • Support the wider team in developing a new customer-facing iOS mobile app.

Surveys & Personalization:

  • Develop and refine customer preference surveys to improve product recommendations and styling accuracy.
  • Leverage AI/ML and data analytics to automate survey-driven personalization, tailoring product selections based on customer responses.
  • Continuously analyze survey data to identify trends and improve segmentation strategies.

Data-Driven Product Decisions:

  • Track key e-commerce and customer engagement KPIs, including bounce rates, average order value, conversion rates, and survey completion rates.
  • Work with analytics and BI teams to translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Implement testing frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to validate product hypotheses.

User Experience & Research:

  • Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure an intuitive and aesthetically appealing digital shopping experience.
  • Conduct usability studies, collect qualitative and quantitative feedback, and integrate findings into the website roadmap.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring all product updates enhance usability and engagement.

Agile Execution & Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, and customer experience teams to launch new features and initiatives.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for development teams.
  • Foster a culture of rapid iteration, continuous learning, and data-backed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or website optimization.
  • Strong understanding of website performance metrics, SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and A/B testing.
  • Experience in developing survey-driven personalization tools to improve customer experiences.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, or similar).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in product recommendations and personalization is a plus.
  • Experience in agile product development, with expertise in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate data-driven product decisions.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Previous experience as part of a team that developed a customer-facing iOS app.
