Expert in Network Performance Optimization

As an expert in network performance optimization, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional user experiences on modern networks.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Continuous Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Indicators (QIs): You will monitor KPIs and QIs across various domains to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) Management: Your responsibilities include defining, analyzing, and optimizing QoS profiles, policy control, and bearer management for VoLTE, IMS, and 5G QoS flows.
  • Traffic and Capacity Analysis: You will conduct trend analysis and forecasting to ensure optimal capacity and service quality for all IMS, VoLTE, and 5G Core elements.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Service Impact Analysis: You will perform root cause analysis and service impact analysis for any network degradations affecting IMS, VoLTE, and 5G services.
  • Collaboration with Vendors and Stakeholders: You will serve as a liaison with equipment vendors for performance feature trials, tuning, and critical issue resolution concerning IMS, VoLTE, and 5G Core technologies.
  • Utilization of Analytics Platforms and Custom Dashboard Development: You will utilize and enhance analytics platforms and develop custom dashboards for improved visibility across IMS, VoLTE, and 5G Core.
  • Preparation of Periodic Performance and Quality Reports: You will prepare periodic performance and quality reports for senior management focusing specifically on IMS, VoLTE, and 5G Core performance.
