The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a comprehensive record of all incoming and outgoing visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate visitor databases.
- Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate hospitality for guests.
- Ensure office security by following safety procedures and monitoring.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Prior 3-6 months of work experience in a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to foster positive employee relations and interact professionally with visitors.
This role requires strong organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth front desk operations.
