We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representative for Outbound to excel in generating sales leads.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, persuading them to purchase products or services, and meeting or exceeding sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and provide customers with product or service information.
  • Persuade customers to make a purchase by utilizing effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to stay competitive in the market.
Job Specifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced knowledge and skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer service is required to understand the role and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers are vital for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets is crucial for achieving goals and objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is necessary for streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
