Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:

  1. Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  2. Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  3. Minimize customer wait times by coordinating queues effectively.
  4. Clearly explain rental terms, pricing, and service policies.
  5. Verify and qualify customers per company guidelines.
  6. Handle AR and collection tasks while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer support or call center roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with AR processes, collections, and outbound calls.
  • Ability to manage customer concerns professionally and meet performance targets.
