- Arrange and attend meetings with prospects to discuss their products and services.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their business needs and preferences.
- Connect new clients with the technical team for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and suggest upgrades or added products and services.
- Craft high-quality business proposals and contracts to specify scope of work and negotiate prices.
- Review client feedback and collaborate with the technical team to implement necessary changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our offerings remain relevant.
- Demonstrate expertise in IT industry terminology and concepts.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field is preferred.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and technologies.
- Exceptional sales communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong time management and critical thinking skills.
