Regional Sales Director

About the Role
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the dairy industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team at Masgo Dairies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and changes in customer needs to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Analyzing Sales Performance: Regularly review sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address any issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the dairy industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective solutions.
