Enterprise Cloud Business Analyst

We are seeking an Enterprise Cloud Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering cloud technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
  • Develop user stories and process flows to support the design and development of cloud solutions.
  • Configure cloud-based technologies such as Salesforce, AppExchange products, and other enterprise solutions.
  • Work with developers to test and verify that solutions meet business needs.
  • Participate in client meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based CRM products such as Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience configuring cloud-based technologies, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly adapt to new clients, needs, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks within a team environment.
  • Motivation to learn and develop technical and functional skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree completed.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements.
  • Experience documenting user stories and creating process flow diagrams.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and through the full SDLC in cloud implementations.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification and at least one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service, or Experience).
