Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Conversion Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide top-notch support via chat, calls, and emails, resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to higher support levels.

You will utilize tools like JIRA and ZOHO platform for tracking tickets and issue management, ensuring all customer concerns are documented and addressed efficiently.

A strong understanding of MS Excel and data conversion work processes is essential for success in this role. If you have a customer-first attitude, strong analytical skills, and experience in migrating/converting data, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Escalate complex problems to higher support levels
  • Provide prompt and effective communication with customers
  • Utilize tools like JIRA and ZOHO platform for tracking tickets and issue management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
  • Experience within a similar role with similar responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of data conversion work processes and deliverables
  • Comprehensive analytical skills and ability to formulate client-specific solutions
  • Experience in migrating/converting data
  • Strong test documentation, management, execution, and reporting skills
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and logic
