We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for driving measurable results, maximizing ROI, and contributing to the growth of our business through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure achievement of KPIs.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEM, paid media campaigns, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B Testing, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver results under deadlines.
