Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients, acquiring new clients, and managing client correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor and measure client satisfaction through regular feedback.
- Optimize the revenue-generating funnel to maximize returns.
- Address client requests and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Tech industry background preferred.
- Calm, polite, and professional demeanor.
- Reliable and self-motivated individual.
- General business operating knowledge and client retention expertise.
- High service orientation and responsive communication style.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack, Trello, Asana, Outlook, and Teams.
