Non-Profit Fundraiser Job at Aman Welfare Society

Aman Welfare Society (AWS) is a non-profit organization devoted to improving the lives of underprivileged communities in Pakistan. We strive to provide essential services, including education, healthcare, and economic empowerment, to those who need them most.

We are seeking an experienced Non-Profit Fundraiser to join our team in Lahore. As a critical member of our development team, you will be responsible for securing funding for our projects and programs, enabling us to expand our reach and make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
  2. Research and identify potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
  3. Better relationships with existing and potential donors through regular communication and engagement.
  4. Write and submit high-quality grant proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials.
  5. Organize successful fundraising events, campaigns, and activities.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or development studies.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of securing funding from diverse sources.
  4. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
