About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, selling products, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate business prospects in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, as well as researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of product improvements or new products by staying up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good business sense and ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills, as well as initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Proficiency in IT, budgeting, and report writing.
