About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Solution Designer to join our fast-paced team and play a key role in designing and implementing industry-leading solutions. As a seasoned technical expert, you will leverage your broad in-field experience to drive the design and implementation of our product portfolio.

This is a hybrid position that requires a strong candidate who can effectively lead technical teams across multiple projects, delegating work as appropriate to use people and resources to best effect.

The ideal candidate will have all-round competence in Application, Integration, Data, Technology, and Security architecture, with a good understanding of SaaS, Cloud hosting, and Integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and document high-quality end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements, are fit for purpose, scalable, and secure.
  • Lead technical teams across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet project milestones.
  • Support planning for the technical workstream, ensuring strategies and solutions align with customer needs.
  • Provide technical governance and assurance for proposed solutions throughout the delivery life cycle.
  • Identify and mitigate business risk or risks associated with solution design and delivery.
Requirements:
  • All-round competence in Application, Integration, Data, Technology, and Security architecture.
  • Good understanding of SaaS, Cloud hosting, and Integration technologies.
  • Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.
  • Broad understanding of software development lifecycle with experience of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, have excellent attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and present technical concepts in an uncomplicated manner confidently to an executive audience.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent change as standard.
  • Strong teamwork ethic with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Professional qualifications such as ITIL3, TOGAF, etc.
  • Excellent English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
