Create and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with company goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Regularly monitor institution customer performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon sales targets.
- Promote new product launches, re-launches, and trade marketing programs among key institutions and accounts within the assigned region.
- Closely collaborate with institutional sales teams to provide training and support for achieving planned objectives.
- Efficiently manage damage costs and leakage of key accounts and institutions.
- Ensure effective team management through regular field visits and providing guidance during monthly sales meetings.
- Establish and evaluate performance goals for the institutional sales team, providing necessary training and development opportunities.
This role is a vital part of driving business growth and requires an individual who can effectively lead and develop sales teams.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and Internet applications. Specialization in Institution Sales, experience in similar roles, and an MBA from a reputable institution are preferred.**Work Details:** The position offers a permanent work arrangement and operates within the North and Central Region, requiring frequent travel and collaboration with remote teams.-
