- Daily Cold Calls and Email/Text Outreach for Prospect Connection
- Converting Prospects and Leads into Clients
- Collaborative Team Efforts to Achieve Individual, Team, and Company-Wide Goals
- Pipeline Maintenance Using CRM
- Effectively Utilizing Sales Tools for Progress Tracking and Performance Improvement
- Client Needs Learning, Industry Awareness, and Competitor Insight
- Long-Term Relationship Building for Better Customer Experience
- Ongoing Prospect Nurturing Throughout the Sales Cycle
- Presentation of Bobtail Products and Services Value
- Staying Current on Offerings and Industry Trends
- 3–5 Years of B2B Cold Calling & Outbound Sales Experience
- Bilingualism (English/Punjabi)
- Software as a Service (SaaS) Experience Required
- US Trucking Industry Knowledge a Plus
- CRM Usage Experience Preferred (Salesforce)
- Start-Up Experience a Bonus
- Ability to Learn Quickly in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Consistent Track Record of Achievement and Quota Hitting
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Customer Needs Understanding and Solution Proposal Capability
