Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open communication with clients via email, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Analyze daily sales and performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct customer support calls to maximize sale-in percentages and achieve business objectives.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers by providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual customer support team goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Utilize knowledge bases and training materials to resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
  • Cold call corporate clients to introduce new products and services.
  • Follow up on leads to ensure successful conversions.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Able to understand and follow procedures and customer advice to deliver tailored solutions.
