About the Role
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Student Recruitment Advisor (SRA) to join our growing team. Reporting to the Regional Team Leader, the SRA plays a pivotal role in achieving student enrolment targets by managing prospective student enquiries, converting leads, and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
This is a sales-focused role that requires a proactive, personable, and culturally sensitive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You'll bring proven experience in sales and customer service, paired with a genuine passion for international education.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed enrolment and sales targets through effective lead conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Respond to student enquiries in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide accurate enrolment advice, emotional support, and basic technical assistance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the student management system.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high level of service.
- Work closely with the Navitas sales team to ensure market coverage and strategy alignment.
- Follow the lead management policy and utilize CRM tools for consistent communication and tracking.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of student enrolment processes and international education pathways.
- Proven success in a KPI-driven sales environment with effective objection handling and closing skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in a local language is a plus.
- Customer service experience with a student-first mindset.
- High attention to detail, especially with course-specific and visa-related requirements.
- Able to build rapport with diverse audiences and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in education or international student services is highly desirable.
