Key Responsibilities:- Deliver informative training sessions to new team members focusing on sales strategy and process adherence.
- Support multiple classes of new team members through their ramp period ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Coach team members on sales strategy and process adherence promoting growth in the onboarding program.
- Develop and deliver training content to entry to mid-level front-line CS & Sales staff.
- Schedule training sessions and align with stakeholders to launch new initiatives.
- Source and/or create Enablement content including slide decks, videos, eLearning experiences, and email templates.
- Conduct exercises and activities to enhance the learning process.
- Progressive responsibility in Enablement, Learning and Development or Training roles in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
- Solid knowledge of corporate training techniques.
The ideal candidate has experience working in or developing an onboarding program that delivered value to new team members.
