About Onboarding

Empower new hires with a world-class onboarding experience that sets them up for success.

We're seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist to lead the design and delivery of our onboarding program.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management, with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.

This role requires exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, as well as strong strategic thinking and program management skills.

Key Responsibilities include leading facilitation and content curation, programming content and alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and team development.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze KPIs for the onboarding program and derive insights from new hire surveys and stakeholder interviews to drive programmatic improvements.

Additional Requirements include high proficiency in Google Workspace and knowledge of adult learning principles.

Bonus Points are awarded for a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, and familiarity with ADDIE, Kirkpatrick's evaluation model, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Bloom's Taxonomy, and other adult learning theory.
