This position reports directly to the Local Business Manager and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering and at least 5 years of experience in related field or role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division.
  • Achieves qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable growth in orders, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifies and develops new sales opportunities.
  • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand needs and promotes offerings.
  • Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • Strong knowledge in VFD & motors.
  • Innovative mindset, ownership, drive for improvement.
