Lead Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a driven Lead Acquisition Specialist to fuel our growth by identifying high-potential clients and nurturing leads.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, research, and outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Qualification:
    • Identify and research potential clients through various databases and industry directories.
    • Assess prospects' needs, budget, and decision-making authority using a structured framework.
  • Career Development & CRM Management:
    • Update and manage leads in a customer relationship management system with real-time notes and follow-ups.
    • Maintain accurate lead scoring to track progress and inform future outreach strategies.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:
    • Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine targeting strategies.
    • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, including call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
    Requirements:
    • 1-3 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or B2B sales is preferred.
    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
