Job Title:
Quality Assurance Deputy Manager - Mechanical Machine Shop

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish quality acceptance standards and criteria to ensure compliance with defined parameters.
  • Conduct inspections or testing of incoming materials through the QA team, verifying that they meet established quality requirements.
  • Promote quality assurance throughout all stages of manufacturing at machine shops via respective QA teams.
  • Analyze and review quality approval and rejection reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate final products (when necessary) to ensure variations are within approved tolerance levels and guarantee defect-free production.
  • Perform root cause analysis of rejections and implement corrective and preventive measures to standardize products and processes.
  • Oversight of quality assurance certifications, calibration, and documentation processes.
  • Address issues raised by QA staff from foundries and machine shops, ensuring follow-up on NCRs with concerned section heads to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and quality control principles is essential.
