**Job Title:** Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our Mechanical Machine Shop.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Quality Acceptance Standard Criteria to ensure that all incoming materials meet our rigorous standards.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to conduct thorough inspections and testing of materials, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Evaluate the quality of products at every stage of manufacturing, ensuring that they meet our quality parameters and are defect-free.
  • Analyze rejection reports and develop strategies to prevent similar issues from arising in the future.
  • Work closely with the QA team to standardize products and processes, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Oversee quality assurance certifications, calibration, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Investigate and resolve issues raised by the QA staff, working with section heads to ensure timely remedial action is taken and problems do not recur.
