Senior Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  10. Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  11. Cultivate and maintain partnerships with external vendors.
  12. Create detailed project documentation.
  13. Host client meetings to gather project requirements.
  14. Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths and skill sets.
  15. Monitor project performance to assess short- and long-term goal achievements.
  16. Guarantee financial prudence and adjust project constraints accordingly.
  17. Develop and share project plans with clients and staff.
  18. Hone leadership skills through continuous development.
  19. Attend industry conferences and training sessions to stay current.
