Academic Excellence in Chemistry

We are seeking a skilled Chemistry Teacher to join our team. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering engaging chemistry lessons that connect theory to real-life applications.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring syllabus completion in line with curriculum timelines and exam readiness. You will guide students through lab experiments safely, ensuring understanding of concepts behind each activity.

You will also assess students regularly and fairly through tests, practicals, and projects, and support improvement. Additionally, you will be accountable for tracking academic performance and working toward strong student outcomes.

In this role, you will build a positive classroom culture, mentor students, and manage day-to-day routines. You will communicate regularly with parents to support student development and well-being.

You will contribute to school life by assisting with academic events, exhibitions, or inter-house competitions. You will keep the classroom displays vibrant, reflecting learning and student achievements.

To succeed in this position, you must recognize different learning needs and differentiate instruction to support and challenge each student. You will work closely with the department and grade-level team to share ideas, resources, and best practices.

• A Master's Degree in Chemistry is preferred.
• Cambridge/CIE/IGCSE training or certification is a strong advantage for international curriculum roles.
• 4–8 years of teaching experience in High School (Grades 8–12).
• Experience in handling CBSE board exams or Cambridge IGCSE/A Level Chemistry.
• A proven track record of academic results and student growth.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using technology in teaching – smartboards, Microsoft Teams, etc. You will be able to collaborate with peers, department heads, and academic coordinators.
