Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track budget utilization to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.
  • Create and present regular performance reports to highlight key trends and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools and platforms to incorporate innovative practices into customer acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a data-driven marketing or acquisition-focused role, ideally within the fintech or digital sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Excel and other similar marketing platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for optimizing acquisition strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data and insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive problem-solving mindset to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in campaigns.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing performance reports and analysing data.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic marketing landscape.
