The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems within a mixed-use development. This role involves close coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, exhaust and fresh air systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance for HVAC equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC faults and recommend corrective measures to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with hotel comfort standards and energy policies to maintain a comfortable environment for guests.
  • Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of all MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) within guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to respond to guest complaints and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of Facility Management experience in HVAC supervision, preferably in hotel and high-end commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC operation and maintenance, as well as ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, coordination layouts, and technical documentation.
