Strategic Partnership Manager

Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and well-connected individual who can leverage their existing network within the healthcare, pharma, and medical community to forge impactful collaborations that support business growth and brand positioning.
The role involves identifying, initiating, and managing strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, medical institutions, and healthcare stakeholders. This requires developing and executing partnership strategies that align with business goals, product offerings, and revenue targets.
To achieve this, you will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for partners, represent the company at industry events and conferences, and negotiate contracts and terms of collaboration with partners.
- Identify potential partners and develop a plan to establish mutually beneficial relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for partners
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners
In addition, you will maintain and grow existing partner relationships, provide market intelligence and insights to help shape product development and positioning, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
