Job Title: International Sales Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated sales representative to join our team and drive business growth in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in international sales, preferably 5-6 years, with expertise in the UK market being highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and online research, developing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer bases.
  2. Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management, maintaining accurate CRM records.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales agreements with customers, closing deals to meet individual and team targets.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing feedback and insights to enhance product offerings.
  6. Customer Support: Collaborate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree completion is mandatory.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Excellent English fluency; a UK accent is an asset, along with negotiation and presentation skills.
  4. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to handle a sales environment, work independently, and as part of a team.
