Key Responsibilities:- Promote high-quality teaching and learning by monitoring school performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing evidence-based strategies to enhance student outcomes.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing teachers who share our commitment to academic excellence and student success.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous learning among students, teachers, and staff, ensuring every member of the school community feels valued and supported.
- Develop and implement effective teacher selection processes to ensure the best candidates join our team.
- Collaborate with the Regional HR team to create comprehensive school development plans tailored to each school's needs.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching practices.
- Monitor student performance through regular assessments and targeted interventions to address individual needs.
- Organize and manage co-curricular activities, events, and displays that promote student engagement and well-being.
- Attend training sessions and conduct on-the-job training for faculty members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with local communities, promoting education as a fundamental right for all children, regardless of gender or background.
- Ensure optimal student enrollment numbers through effective outreach strategies and collaborative efforts with regional teams.
- Maintain accurate records of teacher CVs and qualifications to facilitate efficient hiring processes.
- Coordinate with HR teams to manage staff recruitment, retention, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure effective maintenance of school facilities, utilities, and resources to provide a safe and conducive learning environment.
- At least 5 years of experience as a school leader or in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and teacher quality.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
