About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of medical technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will design and deploy innovative AI/ML models tailored for healthcare applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of building successful projects from scratch. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to define and execute key use cases, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and GDPR.

This is a mid-senior level position that offers the opportunity to shape the product direction and contribute to the growth of our organization.

  • Design and Develop AI/ML Models: Utilize your expertise in ML/DL frameworks and NLP to create sophisticated models for healthcare applications.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, clinical, and engineering teams to define and execute key use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Deploy AI/ML Models: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models tailored for healthcare applications.
  • Lead AI Engineering Team: Mentor and guide a small team of AI engineers and data scientists as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Technical Background: Strong technical background in AI/ML engineering.
  • Healthcare Regulations: Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance protocols.
  • Cloud Deployment: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
