Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will design and deploy innovative AI/ML models tailored for healthcare applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of building successful projects from scratch. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to define and execute key use cases, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and GDPR.

This is a mid-senior level position that offers the opportunity to shape the product direction and contribute to the growth of our organization.

  • Design and Develop AI/ML Models: Utilize your expertise in ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP (transformers, LLMs) to create sophisticated models for healthcare applications.
  • Lead AI Engineering Team: Mentor and guide a small team of AI engineers and data scientists as the company scales.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, clinical, and engineering teams to define and execute key use cases.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience: In AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in healthcare-focused roles.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks, NLP, and data processing.
  • Healthcare Regulations: Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance protocols.
  • Cloud Deployment: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
