Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager to lead our programs and projects across three locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders, managing resources, and taking projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management: Develop and manage programs aligned with business objectives, define goals, and ensure their achievement.
  2. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including front-line managers, staff, team leaders, and senior stakeholders.
  3. Project Coordination: Coordinate with central management functions and external consultants to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  4. Reporting and Communication: Provide accurate and timely reports on program status and track open risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A master's degree or equivalent experience in management consulting, preferably in a global organization.
  • 10+ Years of Program/Project Management Experience: At least 10 years of experience in program/project management, with a strong record of results.
  • Strong Business Acumen: A strong understanding of financial impacts on cash flow and ability to build and manage relationships with executives.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to multitask and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other office software.
