  • Upsell additional services to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and processed in the system.
  • Follow up with customers regarding any changes or updates to their travel itinerary.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using computer systems.
