Job Summary

A skilled Transport Coordinator is needed to oversee the efficient movement of goods across various routes. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with drivers, clients, and team members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Route Planning: Plan and optimize truck routes based on factors such as distance, traffic, and delivery deadlines to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Driver Management: Collaborate with drivers to provide clear instructions, updates on routes, and address any issues that arise during transit.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of routes taken, delivery times, and incidents during transit.
  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on shipment status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
