Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and expansion at RockSteady Software.

This individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with key clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role requires a high level of adaptability, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments and negotiate with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet business objectives, including identifying key performance indicators and metrics for success.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Identifying customer needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Utilizing CRM software to manage client interactions and sales pipeline, tracking progress and analyzing results.
  • Providing regular sales forecasts and analytics to inform business strategy and drive decision-making.
