Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our production activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity while maintaining a positive working environment.

About the Role:
  • Plan and coordinate production activities according to client requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Identify and address production problems by taking corrective actions or referring to senior management.
  • Maintain discipline and utilize personnel effectively through effective management.
  • Optimize production processes to improve quantity and quality without compromising standards.
  • Organize production for maximum output.
  • Work with purchasing, quality, and stores departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Establish production priorities for engraving jobs.
  • Provide technical guidance to employees as needed.
  • Plan requirements for production, electrical spares, equipment, and tools in advance.
  • Maintain close liaison with Electrical, Mechanical, and Purchase departments.
  • Implement safety measures for employees in the department.
  • Maintain sufficient spare parts inventory in coordination with the Purchase and Store departments.
  • Evaluate and improve administrative control over all production activities.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by senior management.
