Inside Sales Manager RoleWe're looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our GTM APAC Sales team.
The incumbent will enable small and medium-sized businesses in the APAC region to receive payments globally using our fast, flexible, secure, and cost-competitive solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive the acquisition of high-value cross-border businesses in Pakistan
- Develop initiatives to build a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert them with speed and efficiency
- Show entrepreneurial spirit in finding new customer verticals and segments
- Ensure customer profitability and retention by identifying broader opportunities that serve their overall payment needs
- Keep a pulse on market competition, opportunities, and challenges; share actionable insights and customer feedback with stakeholders to strengthen our value proposition
- Guide customers through the onboarding process and offer basic walkthroughs of our platform
- Cultivate a sales pipeline of SMB customers interested in our payment solutions
- Prioritize B2B customer acquisition by showcasing our features, benefits, and value proposition
- Employ a consultative sales approach to understand customer business needs and position our value proposition accordingly
We are looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years of experience in consultative sales within fintech or ecommerce organizations
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing business goals
- Experience in leading negotiations with key stakeholders in sales organizations
- Comfort with managing internal processes related to client onboarding
- Proficiency in email communication, with strong written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated advocacy for customers within the organization in past roles
- Native proficiency in Urdu and English
