About the Role

We are seeking a Support Engineer with strong debugging skills and a solid understanding of both development and testing practices. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of software engineering, customer support, providing a unique opportunity to work closely with developers and customer support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

As a Support Engineer, you will play a key role in diagnosing problems, determining whether they stem from the codebase or from configuration/setup, and ensuring timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

  • Debug and analyse C# code to identify root causes of issues.
  • Distinguish between development-related and configuration-related problems.
  • Partner with Support teams to reproduce and document issues.
  • Act as a bridge between customer support and developers to streamline issue resolution.
  • Work with development team to escalate and fix configuration related problems

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in software support, debugging, or QA/development.
  • Strong experience with C#/.NET.
  • Solid understanding of debugging tools and logs.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (both technical and non-technical).
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
