We're Hiring – Biotech Research Lead (Female Candidates Only)

Position: Biotech Research Lead

Department: Research & Development (Office-Based)

Location: Faisalabad

Timings: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking passionate and motivated female candidates with a strong interest in the Pharmaceutical & Biotech sector. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and gain international exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent market research for US and European markets in the life sciences, pharma, and biotech sectors.
  • Communicate professionally with European and American clients via emails and LinkedIn.
  • Deliver accurate insights to support business and strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced research and analytical skills.
  • Expertise/interest in Healthcare, Pharma, or Biotech industries.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Confidence in professional correspondence and persuasive communication.
  • Ability to work independently with online research tools & Microsoft Excel.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a global client base.
