We are seeking a skilled Guest Post Outreach Expert who can effectively secure high-quality guest posting opportunities while simultaneously generating qualified leads for our business. This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with website owners, editors, and potential clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Post Outreach

• Research and identify relevant, high-authority websites and blogs that accept guest posts in our niche
• Develop and maintain a database of prospective guest posting opportunities with key contact information
• Craft personalized, compelling outreach emails that result in positive responses and placements
• Negotiate guest post terms, including link placement, content requirements, and publication timelines
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with editors, webmasters, and content managers
• Track outreach campaigns, response rates, and successful placements using spreadsheets or CRM tools
• Follow up strategically with prospects without being overly aggressive
• Coordinate with content writers to ensure guest posts meet publication guidelines and quality standards
• Monitor published guest posts for proper link placement and traffic generation

Lead Generation

• Identify and research potential clients or partners that align with our target audience
• Create targeted lead lists across multiple channels (LinkedIn, industry directories, databases)
• Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Engage prospects through personalized messaging across email, social media, and other platforms
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them to the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and results
• Test and optimize outreach messaging to improve conversion rates
• Schedule discovery calls or meetings with interested prospects

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication & Writing

• Excellent written English with strong grammar and persuasive writing abilities

Research & Organization

• Strong research skills to identify quality opportunities and leads

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and link-building best practices
• Familiarity with domain authority metrics (DA, DR, etc.)
• Knowledge of guest posting guidelines and content marketing principles
• Basic understanding of lead generation funnels and sales processes

Preferred Experience
