Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, and industry databases.
  • Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, AI solutions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in IT/AI/software services.
  • Strong communication skills (English – written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with AI/Tech products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
